The house is unusual and pleasantly distinctive with 2 double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and 1 twin bedroom. The twin room in the round tower is the only room above ground floor level.

The large main bathroom has two sinks, a shower, bidet and a bath. The en-suite bedroom has a shower, toilet and handbasin. There is a separate toilet off the hall. In addition, a further toilet can be found outdoors by the pool.

There is a television in the house that receives French channels and a video.

Set on a large plot with beautiful, well-planted gardens featuring a large pond, two pools and a patio area.

Garden and pool maintenance are carried out by local people each week and cleaning is also available at an extra charge.

 The heated pool (12m x 6m) has its own area and there is also a smaller round pool for younger children.

Other sporting facilities at the house include a full size table tennis table and plenty of room for badminton.

A pool alarm has been fitted for you to to use to ensure the safety of your children around the pool.

Details of how to use it will be provided to you, and it will then be your responsibility to set the alarm when the pool is not in use.
